Upgrade Process

A simple reboot (power off and on) is required to compleete the upgrade. Your data, IP address, and credentials will remain unchanged. Additionally, EA and MQL product licenses will remain unaffected.

Contact Support

Email [support@newyorkcityservers.com] or open a ticket in the client portal to request the upgrade of your service.

Upgrade Fee Confirmation

Support will calculate your prorated upgrade cost. Complete invoice payment of upgrade fees.

Schedule the Reboot

A simple reboot (power off and on again) of your service is required for the upgrade. The process takes approximately 5-10 minutes.Option 1) Immediate Reboot - we will work with you immediately to perform the upgrade and reboot of your service.Option 2) Weekend Reboot - we will wait to perform the upgrade/reboot during the next weekend while the markets are closed.Support will confirm once the reboot is completed, and the VPS is back online. The upgrade will then be completed, and you can start your software again right where you left off.
