How Payments Work

  • Auto-Renewal: All subscriptions are recurring and auto-renew by default. We’ll charge your payment method on file on the due date to keep your service active.
  • Invoice Timeline: New invoices are emailed 14 days before the due date. Review and pay early manually if needed.
  • Auto-Charge: On the due date, our system automatically charges your stored payment method.
  • Avoiding Renewal: To stop auto-renewal, cancel your service before the invoice due date. See Service Cancellation for steps.

Absolutely — we use Stripe and PayPal for encrypted processing, PCI-DSS compliant. Your payment credentials are never stored on our servers.
