VPS Refund Policy

All VPS plans include a 14 day full refund policy, starting from your orginal order date. After the first 14 days have passed, all transactions are final. Refunds are not available in the following situations:
  • Anytime after 14 days from the orginal order date.
  • Forgotten cancellations
  • Renewal charges
You may cancel the service at anytime to avoid renewal.

Dedicated Server Refund Policy

Dedicated server plans are non-refundable under any circumstance due to the hardware and provisioning costs.

Cancel Your Service First

Submit Refund Request

Submit your refund request by opening a support ticket in the billing department. The support ticket center can be found here.

Receive Your Refund

Once approved, we’ll process your refund within 24 business hours to your original payment method.
Processing Times: While we issue refunds within 24 hours, your bank or payment provider may take 3-5 business days to show the credit.
