Help CenterThere are two different ways to upgrade your broker sponsored VPS plan:
Option 1: You may contact your broker's support team to request the upgrade. They will review your trading volume and determine if you qualify for a free upgrade. If they accept your upgrade request then your upgrade will be completely free and you will not need to pay for anything.
Option 2: If your broker denies your upgrade request it is still possible to upgrade your VPS by paying to cost difference. For example if you currently have the basic VPS sponsored by your broker, and wish to upgrade to the standard VPS plan, you would only need to pay the cost difference. In this example the basic VPS plan is $20/month, and the standard VPS plan is $40/month. However we would only charge you $20/month for the standard VPS plan because the basic VPS plan is already covered by your broker.
