Liberty is a pre-installed application on your VPS that has the ability to automatically log into your VPS and start your software anytime your VPS is restarted, even if you are aware from the computer. Step 1) Enable auto login Enabling auto login means that anytime your VPS is restarted it will automatically sign itself into Windows, even if you are not actively using the VPS. Checking your VPS CPU and RAM usage is important because it shows you how much computing power is remaining on your VPS. When your CPU or RAM usage is high it is a sign that you are running out of power on your current VPS plan, and an upgrade to a more powerful plan might be needed.  Step 1 - Right click on the blue bar at the bottom of your VPS screen.

The number of accounts that you will be able to run for each plan will depend on your specific setup (ie - how many charts, indicators, experts, etc).  Below you can find an estimate of how many accounts you can run for each plan: Basic VPS - up to 3 accounts Standard VPS - up to 6 accounts Professional VPS - up to 10 accounts Dedicated Server - up to 40 accounts

You may restart your VPS/dedicated server at anytime by following the guide below: Step 1 - It is recommended that you first close all of your software on the VPS. In this guide we will show you how to fix the lag / "not responding" issue you might have seen with your MT4/MT5 if you are using a multi-core VPS system. Short / non technical explanation - Due to the nature of the MetaTrader software it sometimes has performance issues on multi-core VPS systems. This is related to the software itself, and not our service. This same issue can happen with any VPS service.

Yes, it is possible to use two different brokers from the same VPS. There is nothing special that needs to be done in order to accomplish this. All you would need to do is install the MT4/MT5/trading software from the different brokers on the same VPS.  If you would like we are happy to install the trading software for you. Enabling two factor authentication will allow users to add a second layer of security for logging into their VPS.  Traditionally when logging into your VPS you will need to know the username and password. However by setting up two factor authentication you will need to enter the username, password, and then verify the login from a smartphone application or text code. This ensures that only authorized access is allowed.

We recommend following the steps below to troubleshoot the VPS: Step 1 - View CPU/RAM usage (guide: http://knowledgebase.newyorkcityservers.com/forex-vpsdedicated-server/checking-vps-cpuram-usage/ )  If you see that the CPU or RAM usage is at or near 100% used this means that your VPS is running out of computer power, which in turn will result in slow performance or lag.

There are no limitations to the EAs that you can use with our service.  EAs that require DLL imports and/or Web Requests will work with our service.  You can follow the guide that your EA provider has given you, or you can contact us and we will be happy to install the EA for you. All VPSs come pre-installed with Windows Server edition. Microsoft regularly publishes updates for Windows Server. These updates can include things like; bug fixes, security enhancements, and more. By default all VPSs will check to see if an update is available, but it will not install the updates automatically for you. The reason for this is that most Windows updates require a restart in order to finish to update process. Because of this we have left it up to the client to arrange for when they would like to complete the Windows updates/restarts.
