Upgrading Your VPS

You can upgrade your VPS resources at any time to better suit your trading needs.

Upgrade Process

Your VPS will be shut down
Our technical team will apply the requested resource upgrades
Your VPS will be booted back online

Once the process has been planned with our support team, the steps can be completed within a few minutes.

Additionally, we can perform the upgrade and VPS reboot during the weekend while the markets are closed.

Important Notes

All data on your VPS will remain exactly as it was
Your login credentials will stay the same
You will not lose any MQL activations for your trading platforms
The upgrade process typically takes just a few minutes to complete

Upgrading a Broker-Sponsored VPS

If you have a broker-sponsored VPS, you have two options for upgrading your service:

Broker-Approved Upgrade (Free)

Your broker must approve the upgrade request
Once approved, the upgrade will be applied at no additional cost
Contact your broker directly to request approval


Self-Funded Upgrade

You can choose to pay for the upgrade yourself
You will only be billed for the difference between your current sponsored plan and the upgraded plan
The billing will be handled directly through our billing system
