In this guide we will show you how to connect to your VPS / Dedicated Server from the following devices:

1) Windows Computer

2) Apple Computer

3) Web Browser

4) iPhone/iPad

5) Android Phone

1) Accessing From Windows Computer

2) Accessing From Apple/Mac Computer

3) Accessing From Web Browser

Clients may access the VPS via VNC from inside of the client area.

First, navigate to your services page by clicking here. Next, click on the service that you wish to access VNC for. Screenshot below:




Next, using the side menu select the "VNC" option.




Once the VNC screen has loaded perform the steps shown in the video below, and then enter your VPS password. After clicking the enter button you will be signed into the VPS.

4) Accessing From iPhone/iPad

Open the Apple App Store, and search for "Microsoft Remote Desktop". Here is a direct link to the application - https://apps.apple.com/us/app/remote-desktop-mobile/id714464092

Once this app has been downloaded to your device, enter the VPS information that we provided to you and you will be able to connect.

5) Access From Android

Open the Google Play Store, and search for "Microsoft Remote Desktop". Here is a direct link to the application - https://play.google.com/store/apps/details id=com.microsoft.rdc.androidx&hl=en_US&gl=US&pli=1

Once this app has been downloaded to your device, enter the VPS information that we provided to you and you will be able to connect.
