# Refund Policy

> All VPS services are covered by a full refund within the first 14 days after your order

## VPS Refund Policy

All VPS plans include a **14-day full refund policy**, starting from your original order date. After the first 14 days have passed, all transactions are final.

  Refunds are **not available** in the following situations:

  * Anytime after 14 days from the original order date
  * Forgotten cancellations
  * Renewal charges

  You may cancel your service at anytime to avoid renewal.

### Dedicated Server Refund Policy

Dedicated server plans are **non-refundable** under any circumstance due to the hardware and provisioning costs.

## How to Request Your Refund
