# Payment Methods

> Accepted payment options and how payments work at NYCServers

We make payments easy and secure with multiple options. All transactions are fee-free, and we support auto-renewing subscriptions for seamless service.

## How Payments Work

* **Auto-Renewal**: All subscriptions are recurring and auto-renew by default. We'll charge your payment method on file on the due date to keep your service active.
* **Invoice Timeline**: New invoices are emailed 14 days before the due date. Review and pay early manually if needed.
* **Auto-Charge**: On the due date, our system automatically charges your stored payment method.
* **Avoiding Renewal**: To stop auto-renewal, cancel your service before the invoice due date. See [Service Cancellation](/billing/service-cancellation) for steps.
