# Client Area Access

> Information about our client portal and access

NYCServers maintains a client area portal allowing users to contact support, view invoices, manage their services, and more on demand.

## Logging Into The Client Area

1. Visit the [Client Portal](https://newyorkcityservers.com/billing/).
2. Enter your **email** as username and your **password**.

Your client area password was set during the order process.

## Security Best Practices

Keep your client area access secure by following these recommendations:
