Automatic BillingBy default automatic billing is enabled for all accounts. This means that on the due date of your invoice our system will automatically attempt to charge your PayPal or credit card. If the automatic payment fails we will send you a warning email, and provide you with a 3 day grace period to pay the invoice. Additionally once per day during the 3 day grace period our system will attempt to charge you again.

Adding / Editing A Credit Card On FileFor automatic billing purposes your credit card information is saved on file to pay for future invoices. Cancelling Your ServiceClient's can cancel their service at anytime from inside of the customer portal. Step 1: Log into your customer portal, click services, and then click on the specific service that you would like to cancel. Step 2: In the left side menu under "actions" you will see an option that says "request cancellation" Step 3: On the "Account Cancellation Request" page enter your reason for cancelling the service, select the type of cancellation, and then submit the cancellation request.

Downloading A Copy Of Your InvoiceYou may download a PDF version of your invoices for record keeping by following these steps: Log into the customer portal Under billing select "My invoices" or visit this link - https://newyorkcityservers.com/billing/clientarea.php?action=invoices Click on the invoice that you wish to download On the right hand side under "actions" click the download option.
